Current RCE Estate Levies 2011
THE NEW LEVIES (2011) have been set at R 1,037.30 pm inclusive of VAT. This was a 6.77% increase. A special levy of R92.33pm for 12 months for special projects was voted in and accepted by the majority.
This levy includes maintenance of the horse trails, estate management and the cost of access control for the area. It does not include individual armed response for your home.
Levies are due and payable in ADVANCE on the 1st of each month.
The levies over the past years have increased nominally and are reflected below. There is sometimes a once off levy to complete a project decided by the board and ratified by the community.

A once off Special Levy of R3000 was decided on for the gatehouse in 2009.
